 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At MATWCollection your satisfaction matters and as a small business we will only process a refund or exchange if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required

We do not offer returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged by customer wear/misuse

  • Or wrong size chosen by customer (please use our size chart to correctly choose your size)
